All I Wanna Do Is Find The Way Back Into "SPIN"

我在11點半左右到達現場,車子就停在doobiest店旁
門口已經出現許多熟悉的面孔,雖然有的從未真正交談過,
但大家的臉上都些許透露出一些愉悅感,那是在spin的時候才會出現的.

當然門口已經開始排隊等著坐電梯上樓,因為Mykal的幫忙,我得以取得guest list的名額
出了電梯已經傳來New Wave Sound,開心的跟門口工作人員報到順利進入了會場(排隊的同時我還看到了東區"談話頭"湖南菜餐廳的老闆)
右手邊立刻有好心的工作人員叫我務必先喝一杯免費的特吉拉shot,
還記得以前在spin只要給我一杯shot和一瓶啤酒,我就可以返老還童(哈!酒量很好搞定)
在一杯燒酒下肚後,我發現了薏龍跟Cash還有eva跟Mykal,我們笑著打招呼,我想是感覺太過熟悉...
夜巴黎沒有高科技的電腦燈,地板是木頭製貼皮,一旁的破舊沙發與牆面上的老壁紙都格外顯得復古.
我們都不約而同的稱讚這場地真是太棒了!

在一陣寒暄過後,我試著找尋fish的身影
忽然 響起了Smashing Pumpkins的1979
我高舉雙手叫了一聲"嗚喔!"
可能是shot已經開始發揮作用,感覺全回來了!
我們開始往以前的老地方移動"面對DJ台的左邊音箱"
在移動的過程中,我開玩笑的跟薏龍說: "等下是不是應該把身上的包包和衣服放在DJ台前的地板上"

但這次活動或許是因為找來了老工作夥伴"阿冰哥"的硬體器材,所以喇叭與音質都格外大聲與響亮
我們的耳朵無法像在spin一樣可以承受高分貝的音量(很可惜)
所以我們轉移到舞台正中央,這時響起了Underworld的Born Slippy !
可想而知那情況~
大家高舉雙手呼喊,等著那第一個大鼓 "動!動!動!動!動!"
此時舞池已經佔滿了人,大家都奮力的隨著Karl的Rap與節拍旋律上下跳動
雖然很開心,可是地板的震幅實在讓我擔心整體建築架構會不會因此而坍塌...
好家在它沒有(雖然兩天後我看著eva的msn狀態打著樓下天花板似乎被我們跳壞到掉了一片....)
此時朋友過來告訴我Mykal在DJ裡面哭了...(哈!)

在與fish完成交班動作後,Mykal準備上場~
多數有跟我們一起經歷過PARTYROOM的朋友們對Mykal的一些曲目絕對不會陌生
在他第一首的旋律下,反應當然依舊亢奮"因為是Pendulum的Blood Sugar...
聽到後來才發現Mykal特地用了許多經典老歌的橋段,製做了一個幾近長達快一分鐘的Intro...哈!
原本我們一些朋友都討論著這天晚上,他會不會是以近期的Electro為主軸來打碟而擔心不已
但卻出乎意料的帶著大家回到了老時光,只可惜美中不足的是在The Killers的Mr Brightside行進途中整整跳電了快30分鐘
但我們還是聽到了他所帶來的Luke Slater,Faithless,James,Suede,Nirvana等等..與自己加工製作"鄧麗君的我只在乎你 B-More Remix"
在跳電的同時得知今天場內的安全人數已經達到上限,許多人還在樓下死守排著隊等候...

時間一點一點的過去來到2點30分
第三位元老DJ穿著白色Hello Kick It 的翻玩T-Shirt站上了DJ台
他是誰? ? ! !

我覺得,其實尾斑的DJ通常都會碰到散場的問題,因為大部分都是接近大家Party結束的回家時間
但在小劉丟出Jungle Brother同名單曲的Urban Takeover Remix時,似乎提醒了大家今晚還沒有聽到drum & bass !
為早已經汗流浹背腿軟的我們注入了一劑最好的腎上腺素,大家又開始回到舞池!
接連的Spin國歌如The Chemical Brothers - Block Rockin Beat,Cornershop - Brimful Of Asha (Fatboy Slim Remix),The Breeders-Cannonball等等...都讓元老級舞客們竭盡全力回到那遙遠的時光!
尤其是當自己聽到小劉Break Down釋出Coldplay的The Scientist時,內心感觸更是格外的深刻.

雖然已經過了將近一個禮拜
但當天有在場的朋友還是沒事會拿出來回味一下
或是對著沒能到場的朋友數落一番

隔天在東區上班的時候碰到小米,她脖子還貼著沙隆希布,哈哈....
再此感謝策劃這場活動的所有人跟工作人員
不管需要多久,
期待聽到第二次活動的出奇不意!

最近幾個禮拜在週遭聽到很多聲音
都在說我們放國語歌的事情
當然! 多數人在夜店聽到國語歌第一個反應
我想都是"怎麼會放這國語歌啊?" or "這邊音樂怎麼這麼瞎ㄚ?"
又或是對我們的放歌模式感到不解
(可能說我們的Style把太多樂風接在一起,沒聽過有人降接的...)
早就聽過千百遍了!
不管是舞客,酒客,DJ,親朋好友 等等...

我只想說....
每種語言
每種樂風
每張專輯
每首歌
都是從創作者本身出發
與其時空,生活,文化息息相關
因為與自己產生共鳴,而才去喜歡,覺得好聽

所以下次當你心中對於歌曲出產地有疑問,沒共鳴,想加以評斷之時
請想想看自己是不是很無知,心放的不夠寬,又或是對自己母語的認同不滿意
沒有尊重DJ放歌的權利(播放權)與義務(放送好音樂)
與其聽到評斷說瞎爛,不如直接說你不喜歡,我還覺得你比較懂音樂!

在網頁中發現參劈這支MV
順便也瀏覽了一下他們的網誌
還記得那次表演過後被the man問到當天最喜歡哪個團?
我毫無疑問的回答"參劈"
並解釋其原因
結果當然被the man打槍!....哈
雖然他們表演到一半時冒出一名沒穿胸罩的嗨咖
在old school hip hop中大秀"脫衣舞姿" (小姐,別再說妳認識the man了!)
但還是無法澆熄台下專注聆聽的來賓

我對Hip Hop不是很了解
多半是因為英文程度無法完全跟上歌手快嘴的速度
好險台灣有像參劈這樣重視與鑽研繞舌文化
並以母語的方式讓大眾了解他們Hip Hop風格與平易近人的生活思想
希望接下來能聽到更多像這樣質跟量兼具的好東西!

發現最後一首Sebastien Tellier-La Ritournelle
上了Youtube找到MV... 這首歌還滿多版本的
DEX放的版好像是2004年專輯Politics 裡的版本
而在2006年的專輯Universe中收錄的是Mr Dan's Mix和一個只有鋼琴solo的版
我想我是被那鋼琴跟弦樂的旋律所吸引
沒想到找到MV跟歌詞看到後面差點掉眼淚...

最近在富貴跟Roc Star版上都看到Sebastian Tellier新專輯Sexuality的介紹
很恰巧前幾天幫make up forever彩妝發表會配樂的時候
在家裡翻出了法國Source廠牌的精選
最後一首Fantino就是他做的,其實真的跟富貴說的一樣.
淡淡的木吉他刷弦配上點抑鬱的電子那卡西
還真的有法國流浪漢的味道!
其實讓我注意的是這首歌收錄在Lost In Translation (愛情不用翻譯)電影配樂中
